My sat-nav and Google Maps misled me, causing me to struggle to find the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room and the noise from the nearby tram and railway line made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the hotel's beer garden attracted loud locals, making it challenging to relax. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious enough. I would recommend this hotel for its central location, but be prepared for some drawbacks.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant serving Basque cuisine. The flavors were so exquisite, it felt like a culinary journey through Basque Country, with each dish being a work of art.
No kettle in the room.

The rooms were huge and comfy, perfect for us and all our shenanigans. Plus, the staff was super chill and helped us find dope spots to go out and party. We hit up the local clubs and had an insane night!
The only thing we wished for was a sick rooftop pool where we could hangout during the day and recover from our wild nights. It would have been epic to have a place to lounge and soak up the sun before hitting the town again.

The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Although the breakfast is simple, the affordable price includes WiFi and free parking. The hotel's location is convenient for those traveling to the nearby ferry at Bilbao, offering easy access to transport. However, it's worth noting that the lack of air conditioning and occasional noise from passing trams can be a minor inconvenience.

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom including a bathtub. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite my limited language skills. I had a pleasant dinner during my stay and enjoyed the convenience of free parking. Additionally, the hotel offered fast and free WiFi in the lobby, and the staff even helped me find a quiet place to work in the evenings.
The lighting in the stairwells was a bit dim, making it hard to see clearly. The WiFi was not accessible from all the rooms, and I could only connect from the lobby.

The dinner at the hotel was delicious, and the staff even helped me find a quiet spot to work in the evening. The free Wi-Fi was fast in the lobby, and although not accessible in all rooms, the staff made sure I had a comfortable place to work. The free parking was a big plus, and even though breakfast was simple, it was included in the unbeatable price. I couldn't ask for more!

Despite a small language barrier, the staff at reception were friendly and gave us a key to our room. The hotel's location, although not accurately indicated on GPS or Google Earth, proved to be easily found. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi in the lobby, which was convenient for work. I would recommend this hotel for its affordable price and satisfactory amenities.
